Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the mulfunction due to the earthing conductor level change by method wherein the output buffer earthing conductor level change by a method wherein the output buffer earthing conductor and the control signal input buffer earthing conductor are branched near the earthing pad.
CONSTITUTION: The earthing conductor GND1 and GND0 are branched near the earthing pad 10. The GND0 is connected with the input buffer which has not mulfunction such as output buffer; and the GND1 is connected with the input buffer 1 which can have a mulfunction such as the control signal input. In this constitution, even when the level of the earthing conductor GND1 or the GND0 is changed through the input DO, they are not interfered with each other and permit to prevent mulfunction.
