CONSTITUTION:To voltage source VR, diode-connected transistors TrQ11-TrQ1n, and TrQ22-TrQ2n are connected respectively in series and to emitters of TrQ1n and TrQ2n, current sources alphaI01 and (1-alpha)I01 are connected which operate differentially each other. To connection points between emitters of TrQ1n and TrQ2n, and current sources alphaI01 and (1-alpha)I01, 1st-stage bases of Darlinghton-connected Trs Q31-Q3n, and Q41-Q4n providing differential operation are connected respectively. To the common connection point between Trs Q3n and Q4n, current source betaI02 is connected. The collector of TrQ3n serves as an output terminal.the multiplier circuit of this constitution can improve the linearity.
