Abstract

PURPOSE:To readily produce the compound eye lens system by using a lens support provided with a plurality of through-holes and a plurality of transparent bars with respect to the lens used for the projection system of the copying machine. CONSTITUTION:A lens support 116 which is composed of evenly non-transparent material such as metals and is drilled with through-holes of about the bar lens diameter from the top down to bottom surface as well as a plurality of transparent bars 112 composed of acrylic resins, epoxy-base resins, polycarbonate or styrene whose top and bottom surfaces are compression-molded by the molding faces having the concave spherical faces of the radius of curvature of the lenses, are prepared. The adhesive agents which are mixed with black pigments and form antireflecting layers 117 are coated on the wall surfaces of the through-holes of the lens support 116, after which the transparent bars 112 are inserted into the through-holes and are then bonded and fixed. If the lens support 116 is formed by n-sheets of thin metal plates 1161-116n, the formation of the through-holes is made more accurate.
