Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a printing displacement by a method wherein a printing rotor is rotated by a motor in place of a frictional driving with bag product and the printing rotor is stopped or rotated in response to a signal from a sensor.
CONSTITUTION: Arrival of the bag product 1 is detected by a photo-electric tube 7b, and the motor M is rotated by the output from the tube. Then, the enclosure product 1 is printed by a printing means 31 applied with ink by the ink roller 4. After printing operation, when the sensed body 32 is passed through a proximity switch 5, the motor M is stopped by a control circuit 6 and the printing rotor 3 is stopped. A stopping position of the rotor 3 is defined in advance so as to cause the printing means 31 to be coincided with a printing position for the enclosure product 1. The motor M is preferably such a type as a stepless variable speed motor in which its rotational speed may be varied in response to a moving speed of the conveyor 2.
EFFECT: No printing displacement even if discontinuous transmittance of the enclosure product is made.
