Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve a conventional high cost and low quality head by connecting a base plate with an ink passage wall formed on the base plate by a photo-etching or a plating process to form an ink passage. CONSTITUTION:Evaporation film 20 is formed on a base plate 12 by an evaporation. In place of the evaporation film 20, a spattered film may be made by a spattering process or a plated film may be made by non-electolyte plating process. Then, an ink passage pattern is formed by a photo-etching process. A making of the ink passage may also be provided by preventing an evaporation with the passage pattern in a preparation step such as an evaporation. A plated layer 21 is formed by a plating method on the evaporation film 20 left by the etching process. In this case, it should be noted that a plating current density for the evaporation film 20 is kept constant at each of the portions on the ink passage pattern. Then, the oscillatory plate 14 is adhered by an adhesive agent such as an epoxy resin agent to form an ink passage 30.
