Abstract

PURPOSE: To control the discharge of synthetic resin liquid easily and to prevent the attachment of the said resin liquid drops by moving the piston of an injector type feeder vertically by means of rotation of a pulse motor.
CONSTITUTION: The threaded rod 2 is turned by the pulse motor 1, the piston 4a of the injector type feeder is moved down through the slider 3 that is screwed onto the threaded rod to inject synthetic resin liquid 6. The injection quantity can be regulated by the drop distance of the slider that determines the drop distance of the piston, that is, by the rotation of the threaded rod by the pulse motor. Also since the piston is raised when the pulse motor is reversed by the setting number of pulses, the remained resin liquid can be sucked to prevent a fall of resin liquid.
