In the slave station B, the signal inputted to the input terminal 7 is in frequency conversion with the output of the local oscillator 11 at the radio unit 8 and it is demodulated as the synchronizing signal with the synchronizing signal reproducer 9. The output of the local oscillator 11 is suitably frequency-divided to constitute the signal having almost equal frequency signal as the synchronizing signal, and it is fed to the phase comparator 10 and synchronism is taken with phase comparison with the synchronizing signal of the synchronizing signal generator 9.
