Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide energy by a simple configuration economically by a mechanism wherein the actuation fluid producing the pressure (temperature) transformation by absorbing the photoenergy within a plurality of pressure fluctuation chambers is filled and a piston is actuated by using the pressure fluctuation thereof. CONSTITUTION:When a solar light irradiates a revolving drum 5, the irradiated light irradiates an actuating fluid such as NO2 gas and the like within pressure transformation chambers 13a-13c by transmitting through the circumferential wall 6. This allows the actuating fluid to develop the photochemical reaction, the pressure (temperature) of the actuating fluid being increased to compress a piston 18. The piston 18 displacement within the cylinder 15 allows to act on the crank shaft 4 by means of a connecting rod 21 to turn the revolving drum 5. When the revolving drum 5 is rotated, for example, the chamber 13a is turned to displace to the piston whereon the radiation light may not strike, the actuation fluid within the chamber 13a is acting in reverse to reduce the pressure within the chamber 13a. This allows to displace the piston 18 in a reversed direction. Hereafter the same actuation is repeated to continue the rotation of the revolving drum 5.
