Abstract
PURPOSE:To print a baloon speedily and continuously by subjecting the baloon in a maximum-inflated state to a predetermined printing step, transferred to another place for a predetermined ink-drying time as the baloon remains to be inflated, and thereafter released from the clamp. CONSTITUTION:A baloon clamping station A consists of an endless belt 21, and guide members 26 provided at both sides of the endless belt 21, in which station A a baloon 7 is clamped by hand. The clamped baloon 7 is filled with air to some extent in a filling station B. When a nozzle 22 is moved to a printing station C in front of a printing roller 6, a compressed air pipe as in the station B is aligned with the rear end of the nozzle 22 so as to inflate the baloon 7 to a maximum extent. The maximum-inflated baloon 7 comes into contact with the printing plate 6 on a constantly-rotating roller 5 so as to be printed. Then, the baloon in an inflated state is passed through a drying station D. The baloon finally reaches a releasing station E, where the baloon is released from a clamp 24 and naturally separated from the nozzle 22 due to the internal pressure thereof.
