Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent accumulating air in a buffer chamber in such a way that air which is flowed into the buffer chamber is let slip from an air vent passage by providing a check valve to allow only the flow from the buffer chamber through the air vent passage to the pressure chamber.
CONSTITUTION: In case where influx of air goes together with water into a buffer chamber 15, this air makes its way through an air vent passage 12, which sends a check valve (steel ball) 20 up afloat, and gets liberation into a pressure chamber 14, so that there is no such a case that air may stagnate in the buffer chamber 15, whose action cannot be hindered. And because of existence of the check valve 20 in this air vent passage 19, in case where a control opening/closing valve 23 is closed, pressure in an influx chamber 4 is introduced into the pressure chamber 14, even though this pressure is on the way to escape, it will be arrested.
