Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify exhausting operation of a laser pipe, by fastening a metallic exhaust pipe in an airtight structure and in a coaxial shape wherein the exhaust pipe is contacted with a square-shaped reflection mirror inscribed in a cylindrical metallic member. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical metallic member 5' is mounted outside a hollow metallic member 9 located on a shaft of a cylinder 10, and a square-shaped total- reflection mirror 12 is arranged into the cylindrical metallic member 5'. A metallic exhaust pipe 13 is inscribed in the cylindrical metallic member 5' in a coaxial shape, and the portion 14 is fast sticked in an airtight shape by means of welding, brazing, etc. at a position, at where the end portion contacts with each angle of an outside plane of the square-shaped total-reflection mirror 12, in the end portion. Thus, exhausting operation of this laser pipe can rapidly be performed without requiring skill at all both in mounting and sealing.
