Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a thin- and small-sized transformer whose inductance value can be regulated at option by printing a conductive pattern connected around at the edge on both surfaces of magnetic thin plate and forming a transformer from these two pairs of thin-film conductors.
CONSTITUTION: Magnetic material 1 is printed on the polyester film supported by Al base plate, and on the surface of magnetic material 1 two pairs of conductors 2 and 3. Then magnetic material 5 having three windows 4 is printed and furthermore two pairs of conductors 6 and 7 are printed so that they connect with both ends of the former conductors 2 and 3, thus primary and secondary coils being formed. At the same time terminals Ps, PF, CF and CS are printed and then magnetic material 10 is printed, leaving the terminals. After that, polyester film is peeled off and baking is performed to form a transformer. In this way, the transformer whose inductance value is large and adjustable at option and which is thin, small and suit able to mass production can be obtained.
