Abstract

PURPOSE: To make two or more components of the vessel free to extend and improve the sealability of the connection by connecting through a seal while a porous member is arranged on the inner wall periphery of the connecting part between the components.
CONSTITUTION: A heat absorption part 10, a radiation part 11 and a vapor transfer space section 12 are connected together through a seal 24. The vapor of the working liquid 14 generated in the heat absorption part reaches the heat releasing part 10 passing through the vapor transfer space section 12 and release the heat there by being condensed. The working liquid thus condensated is turned back to the heat absorption part 10 with capillary action of a wick 13 and a porous member 23 and by its own gravity. The porous member 23 provided on the inner wall periphery of the connection part absorbs the working liquid to form a liquid film while feeding the working liquid to inner surface of the seal 24. Accordingly the closed container is shut off from the outside thereof with the working liquid film while the seal 24 is invariably soaked with the liquid thereby improving the sealability. In this manner, a plurality of vessel components are connected with a high sealability thus making the closed vessel free to extend.
