Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the deterioration of VSWR at the input end of the power distributor which divides one input power into two parts by setting the difference to an odd-fold of 1/4 wavelength of the using high frequency signal for the lengths of the transmission lines. CONSTITUTION:Input terminal 1 is formed with branched 1st and 2nd lines 2 and 3 plus their subsequent transmission lines 4 and 5, and termination load resistances 6 and 7 are connected to output ends 41 and 51 each. Branch lines 2 and 3 form branch line parts 21, 22, 31 and 32 of the 1st and 2nd steps each with distance of lambda/4 (lambda: wavelength of using frequency) secured from the input end. At the same time, absorption resistance 8 is formed between those steps. And the difference between lines 4 and 5 is set to an odd-fold of 1/4 wavelength of the using frequency signal. Thus the VSWR characteristics can be improved at the input end.
