Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a device that continue to run for a long period of time, by the structure such that poles of different polarities are fitted on the circumference of a rotor successively a plurality of stationary poles of the same polarity are fitted on the outer side, and magnetic shielding rotary plates are provided between the two sets of poles.
CONSTITUTION: N and S poles 3∼6 are arranged alternately and at equal intervals on permanent magent rotor 2 fixed to rotary shaft 1. Permanent magnets 7∼10 of the same polarity (N) are arranged on the outer circumference of rotor 2. Rotary plate 11, made of iron and having a magnetic shielding arc-shaped part expanding over 90° is provided between rotor 2 and permanent magnets 7∼10. Rotor 2 and rotary plate 11 are rotated in opposite directions by the gears fitted to each drive shaft. When rotor 2 is rotated in the clockwise direction under the condition of A in the drawing, rotor 2 and rotary plate 11 are caused to assume the condition of B in the drawing by the repelling force of poles 4, 8 and poles 6, 10, and the rotation is continued by the attraction and repulsion between poles 3∼6 and 8∼10.
