Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily demold a preform product molded, by adopting a preform mold provided with hook portions, which are free to move inward, at a tapered side thereof. CONSTITUTION:One or more narrow window-shaped hook portions 2 are cut down to a proper depth in a side surface of a preform mold 1. The preform mold 1 consists of 3 divided molds 1', 1'' and 3, the divided mold 3 having no hook portion thereat since it is a pull-out mold. Molding of a preform product is performed such that a lower end of a contractible tube is inserted all the way through to a portion indicated by the dotted line and is contracted by heating. The contractible tube starts to contract in the diameter direction, the tube being first molded in the shape of the hook portion 2. Thus, the occurrence of jumping-up can be prevented, the tube being correctly performed. After molding is complete, the pull-out mold 3 is first drawn out, the mold being demolded easily by moving inward a hinge 4.
