Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the dispersion of attenuation and phase inversion for the signals passing through the connecting circuit although the capacitor's capacity has some dispersion by installing the comparatively small capacity connecting capacitors in series and parallel to the integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:AC connecting capacitors C1 and C2 are connected between front- step circuit N1 and rear-step circuit N2, and thus the equivalent circuit becomes as shown in the figure. Here R1 shows the output impedance of circuit N1, and R2 does the input impedance of N2 respectively with the resistive property secured for both. The ratio between signal source e1 and signal e2 features as e2/e1=1/{1+R1/R2+ C2/C1+j(omegaC2R1-1/omegaC1R2)}. And if C2,R1,C1 and R2 are selected to secure omegaC2R1=1/omegaC1R2, e2/e1=1/(1+C2/C1+R1/R2) is obtained. Accordingly, no phase inversion is caused between e1 and e2, and the attenuation quantity is decided by capacity ratio C2/C1 plus resistance ratio R1/R2. And both the capacity ratio and the resistance ratio becomes almost constant if they are formed on the same semiconductor chip.
