Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain heat pipe container, possessing stabilized and sufficient wick function by giving etching works onto inside wall of tube which has irregular shape section and made out from high temperature conductive metal containing metalic oxide powder inside.
CONSTITUTION: At first make molten aluminum liquid and in this hot liquid and add oxide aluminum powder in a ratio of 30wt% against aluminum and mix it in uniformity. Using this hot molten liquid get tube 10 with irregular section, by heat extrusion. Provide slender groove 12 onto inside wall and at the same time, make etching on inside wall of container by means of 10wt% HCL water solusion and remove out a part of aluminum in a depth of about 20μ and get rough surface 14. Seal both ends of thus got tublar container with aluminum and moreover, suck out air from container inside and then fill up with ammonia and finally compose heat pipe.
