Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A stator magnet 4 is formed into a frame body 1 in such a manner that permanent magnets 3 are cylindrically fastened so that an inside, circumferential surface 2 function as an N or S pole. A rotor magnet 8 is made up to ensure that permanent magnets 7 are mounted to a shaft 5 in order that an outside, circumferential surface 6 serve as a Nn or S pole. A void 9 is installed between the circumferential surfaces 2, 6 so that the rotor 8 be revolved while either of the two of the circumferential surface 2, 6 is tilted at the angles of 10∼30° or twisted 10 to the other side, and the circumferential surfaces 2, 6 are mutually built up in the poles of the same kind of N or S. The stator and the rotor are formed in order that the magnetic force of either of the two of the stator magnet 4 or the rotor magnet 8 become stronger than the other side in the extent of a ratio of seven to three. Thus, this turning apparatus can be obtained which rotates by repulsive force by the poles of the same kind and does not need particular energy source.
