Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the SN rstio and to mesure the incoming elevation angle of solar noise, by measuring the phase difference between the output signals of the receiver connected to each antenna through the directioned antennas toward the sun and by feeding the sinals to the low pass filter. CONSTITUTION:The antennas 1,2,3 are connected to the receiver 4. The output signal of the receiver 4 is IF signal and it is inputted to the phase difference measuring units 5 and 6 at the next stage respectively. The phase difference measuring units 5,6 measure the phase difference of IF signal with the phase difference measuring timing pulse from the timing pulse generator 8. Thus, the phase difference between the antennas 1,2 and the antennas 2,3 can be measured. The output of phase difference is inputted to the elevation angle computer to operate the elevation angle of the sun.
