Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent damage by reinforcing a junction part by brazing it after screwing down a tube body into a flange. CONSTITUTION:Tube body 4, made of a metal in a cylinder shape, permits a microwave to propagate. Tube body 4 is made partially into 1st screw 5. Then, flange 6 is formed of a metal and supports tube body 4 by screwing down into body 4 at both its ends. Further, 2nd screw 7 is formed of one part of flange 6 and screwed down into 1st screw 5. Communicating groove 8, formed by cutting 1st screw 5 or 2nd screw 7 in a screw-axial direction, allows adjacent screw valleys at respective stages to communicate mutually. Brazing layer 9 fills communicating groove 8 by flowing a metallic brazing material from its opening part in the axial direction without leaving any gap at a play clearance at each stage, thereby brazing 1st screw 5 and 2nd screw 7 together.
