Abstract

PURPOSE:To apply a vertical elongation to the sheet so that the heat shrinkage rate becomes less than 10% thereby to prevent generation of slacks of the sheet when molding of the sheet is carried out by heating the same by a radiation heating system to produce the molding from the sheet with good productivity. CONSTITUTION:The sheet is elongated in the vertical direction 1.1-1.5 times so that the heat shrinkage ratio in the vertical direction of the sheet at a temperature of 150 deg.C assumes the range of from 1 to 10% thereby to from a polypropylene sheet (0.05-3mm thick).
