Abstract

PURPOSE:To make identification easy, prevent an erroneous wiring and also to utilize a domain for virgin pad effectively by connecting the virgin junction pad to an earthing conductor or a power line. CONSTITUTION:Virgin junction pads 3-12-3-16 and an earthing conductor 4 or power line on the periphery of substrate 1 are connected in common. The virgin pads can now be constituted as a part of the earthing conductor or power line apparently, therefore an identification from working pads is easy and an erroneous wiring will not result. Furthermore, the pad domain is utilized for earthing conductor or power line, and hence the effective areas increase, and a floating of the earthing potential and a drop of the power potential can be prevented.
