PURPOSE:To eliminate the flexion of the exchanging cord as well as reduce the load applied to the cord plug at the time of storage by winding the exchanging cord round the wheel and axle which is fixed rotatably to the supporting stage, thus lessening the fatigue of the switchboard operator. CONSTITUTION:Wheel and axle 10 is installed at the lower part of manual switchboard 2 to wind up exchanging cord 7. And 1st wheel body 11a having the groove formed at the outer circumference part for contact to cord 7 plus 2nd wheel body 11b also containing the groove at the outer circumference part for contact to cord 7 and featuring the outer diameter than body 11b are formed into a body to axle 10. Furthermore, ring-shaped cord holder plate 11c is provided in the diameter direction of 11a and 11b each along with installation of roller bearing 19 on the inner circumference side surface of 11a and 11b each.
