Abstract

PURPOSE:To highten magnetizing set accuracy, by using a magnetizing yoke with a magnetizing coil that can flow unipolar currents for saturated magnetization and damping AC for demagnetization when magnetizing a permanent magnet employed for a magnetic bubble chip, etc. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic bubble module 80, a permanent magnet to be magnetized, is beforehand inserted into aportion for a notch of a magnetizing yoke 70 to which an exciting coil 60 is wound. A DC power source 10, which voltage value can be varied, is connected to the coil 60 through switches 20 and 40, and a diode 31 through a switch 30 and a condenser 50 in addition to that are connected between the coil 60 and a connecting point of the switches 20 and 40 while arranging them in parallel with the coil 60.
