Abstract
PURPOSE:To lighten the effect of high-frequency ignition noise onto a digital computer by means of a remarkably simple constitution by inserting a resistaor to an ignitor driving signal wire. CONSTITUTION:The turning-ON and OFF signals for the output transistor Q0 of a control computer 1 are applied to an ignitor 2 through signal wires B and C. A PNP type drive transistor Q1 is turned ON or OFF, and as a result of this, a NPN type switching transistor Q2 which directly drives an ignition coil is turned ON or OFF, and ignition energy is supplied to a spark plug. Through the insertion of resistors RS and RE to signal wires B and C, the effect of noise signals generated in the ignitor 2 can be lightened.
