Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the lowering of the function of a recording head, by removing dust adhering on a surface of a thermal head by establishing a coarse surface portion on one surface of the transcription material.
CONSTITUTION: A coarse surface SP is formed on a surface, at where a thermal head TH contacts with a base B of this transcription material TM, by means of mat treatment, shaping, press, etc., and a thermal melting ink layer IL is installed to the other surface of the base B. Dust attaching on surface of the therminal head TH is removed by the coarse surface portion SP because the thermal head slides at the coarse surface portion SP iside of the base B, thus cleanly keeping the surface of the thermal head TH all the time.
