Abstract

PURPOSE: Module which can prevent the lowing of separation performance and permeability and decrease the contamination of membrane surface, comprising piling up several flat membranes having filtrate passages inside in the same direction and forming transversely passages for feed liquid within the gap of the stuck.
CONSTITUTION: Flat memberane 10 is formed by piling up mesh sheets 11a and 11b covering the periphery of the stack with a membrane 10a to form passages 9 inside. Feed liquid is supplied from an inlet 3 for the feed liquid to a case 2 and introduced into liquid passages 8 formed between membranes 10 of a laminate 1. In the middle of the passing of the liquid through the passages 8 the feed liquid is concentrated and discharged from an outlet 4 for the feed liquid to the outside of the case 2. Filtrate passed through the membrane 10a is discharged from the passage 9 via filtrate-discharge menas 5a, 5b to the outside of the case 2.
