Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a light-weight and high-hardness diaphragm by filling up the concave of a speaker diaphragm with foamed resin consisting of continuous foams and making the acoustic radiation face, which is formed by foamed resin, of continuous foams. CONSTITUTION:The concave of diaphragm 7 is filled up with foamed resin 9 which has an adhesion property to diaphragm 7 and consists of continuous foams. Hard foamed urethane resin is used as this foamed resin 9, Acoustic radiation face 10 is formed by foaming foamed resin 9 in the concave of diaphragm 7 and cutting off a needless part after causing foamed resin 9 to adhere to diaphragm 7. As a result, the whole of the concave of diapheragm 7 is filled up with foamed resin 9 which has an adhesion property to diaphragm 7 and consists of continuous foams, so that characteristic can be improved. Further, the diaphragm can be made low-density and light-weight because the hardness of foamed resin of continuous foams is smaller than that of independent foams.
