Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the detected voltage variations at the detecting end of a photosensor with respect to the environmental temperature by connecting a compensating transistor connected at its base to the voltage dividing point of resistors provided between the detecting end and a power supply between a voltage converting resistors and the power supply. CONSTITUTION:When the environmental temperature is altered, the output current of a phototransistor 3 and current amplification rate of an amplifier transistor 4 are varied, and the current amplification rate of the transistor 7 is also similarly varied simultaneously. Accordingly, the equivalent resistance of the circuit from a detecting end 5 including the transistor 7 to a power supply is also similarly altered corresponding to the equivalent resistance to meet the change of the output current of the transistor 4. Therefore, the voltage rise of the detecting end 5 by the transistor 4 is cancelled by the voltage drop of the transistor 7 with the result that the detected voltage at the end 5 is hardly affected by the change of the environmental temperature.
