Abstract

CONSTITUTION: In addition to basic circuit 201 which performs the ordinary logic action, redundant basic circuit 202 which performs the same action as circuit 201 and in parallel is provided along with holding basic circuit 203. Then the output is selected through switch circuit 251 for circuits 201 and 202, and then the coincidence comparison is carried out by comparator circuit 252. When the coincidence is obtained, the output is judged normal and then delivered directly. However, in case no coincidence is obtained, the switching is given to the combination between circuits 203 and 201. In this way, the fault is detected to secure switching to the normal circuit, thus preventing the effect of the fault from affecting other logic circuit networks.
