Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the impedance at the area near the using frequency and thus to obtain the good isolation properties even for UHF by setting the resonance frequency of the capacity and the coil and at the reverse bias time of the diode to the level near the frequency of the high frequency signal.
CONSTITUTION: With application of the reverse bias to diode 4, a resonance circuit is formed with coil 22 and reverse bias capacity 23 of diode 4. Accordingly, if the resonance frequency is set previously to the level near the using frequency, terminals 1 and 7 feature the high impedance at the using frequency. Thus the isolation performance can be improved.
