Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain stable communication by selecting channel when interference of noise is subjected, by providing the means such as noise detection other than audio band, signal delivery and reception outside the audio band, and selection of radio channel, at the mobile radio unit. CONSTITUTION:The output of the radio frequency oscillator 5 is fed to the transmitter 1 and the receiver 2, the frequency is controlled at the control unit 9, to oscillate one of a plurality of frequencies. The signal oscillator 8 outside the audio band always makes transmission during communication, and the output of the signal detection circuit outside audio band 6 and the noise detection circuit 7 is inputted to the control unit 9. During the communication in a radio channel CHfk, if the quality of communication is deteriorated and the circuit 7 detects the presence of noise, the output is inputted to the control unit 9, which changes the frequency of the oscillator 5 and selects the channel to CHfi. The opposing station delivers the detection signal of absence outside audio band to the controller 9 and the frequency of the oscillator 5 is sequentially selected. When the circuit 6 detects the presence of signal at CHfi, the selection signal to the oscillator 5 is stopped to perform communication.
