Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the fluorine resin ring from coming off while sliding in the cylinder by having the circumferential projected part cut into the inner peripheral surface of the fluorine resin ring.
CONSTITUTION: The circumferential projected part 11 of the metal ring 1 is compulsorily cut into the inner peripheral surface, of the fluorine resin ring 2 of which inner diameter is smaller than the outer diameter of the metal ring l, by the jig. By doing so, the fluorine resin ring 2 is supported by the circumferential projected part of the metal ring 1, and the possibilities of coming off of the fluorine resin ring 2 can be avoided.
