Abstract

PURPOSE: To form the non-tacky film of superior corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance by sealing the substrate surface of Al, etc. through anodic-oxidation in a NaOH.H2O2 bath then coating borosilicate base enamel and heating the same to form undulations and coating tetrafluoroethylene resins on the surface thereof.
CONSTITUTION: After the surface of a fabricated product formed of Al or Al alloy is degreased by an ordinary method, it is anodized in a NaOH.H2O2 bath and is subjected to pore sealing treatment with boiling water or the like, thence the commercial frit of borosilicate base enamel composed primarily of B2O3, SiO2 is coated on the surface thereof. When this is high temperature treated at 540°C, the desired numerous fine undulations are obtained. Next, tetrafluoroethylene resins are coated on the undulated surfaces. In this way, the film combining corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and non-tackiness is formed.
