Abstract

PURPOSE:To scheme to effectively improve traction efficiency and improve side slip resistance by elongating the lug grooves which divide tread lug, to the hump having a singular shape in particular, and exerting devise to the groove shape. CONSTITUTION:On a tread 1, lug grooves 2 are formed which forms zigzag form in the direction of tire width, at an equal intervals in the peripheral direction of the tire, and on both ends of the lug groove 2, the dividing grooves 3 which extend in the direction of meridian line of the tire, continuously elongated from the lug groove, so as to traverse the hump 5 over the tread end of the tire or the shoulder 4. The hump 5 is constituted of the projection wall 7 which protrudes to the side of the tire at the root of the shoulder side wall 6 which rises steeply in the radial direction of the tire from the shoulder 4, and said projection wall 7 has triangular mountain form facing sideways.
