At the data transmission time, device 30 takes in transmission data 40 through node 10, draws out process code 44 at reception host 43 designated by transmission host 41, retrieves pattern information table 70 to decide unit pattern 71, checks pattern 71 to pattern 61 of fault information 60, decides incapability of starting for the reception host process shown at code 44 in case the both patterns mentioned above are in the ON state, sets fault display 47, and sends fault information data 50 back to the transmission side host following data 40.
