Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate occurrence of the potential fluctuation at the output terminal even with such reason that the constant current property is not good for the constant current source contained in the differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION:Constant current source 11 is connected to the emitter side of transistor T1 and T2 each possessing input terminal 1 and 2, and the collector side is connected to the power source. At the same time, the collector side of transistor T3 is connected to the output end of source 11, and the base of T3 is connected to connection point 14 of resistance 7 and 8 which are connected in series between output terminal 3 and 4 with the same value. Furthermore, the emitter side of T3 is connected to different constant current source 12 in common to the emitter side of T4. Here if the in-phase input is supplied to both terminal 1 and 2, the potential varies for terminal 3 and 4 to rise up, for example. As a result, the potential of point 14 also rises up, and the collector current of T3 increases with the decreased current component which is given to T1 and T2 from source 11. Thus, the potential can be kept steady for terminal 3 and 4.
