PURPOSE:To dispense with a special driver for changing the posture of a conveyed piece and simplify the construction of a conveyor, by swinging an arm in connection with the conveying action of a transfer bar to change the posture. CONSTITUTION:The transfer bar 18 is moved rightward by a driver 23. A pallet P is moved from a station Sn to another Sn+1 by conveying claws 20. The motion of the transfer bar 18 is transmitted to the arm 26 through a coupling bracket 24 and a connector 30. At that time, the engaged part 29 of the pallet P located at the station Sn+1 remains fitted in the engaged part 28 of the arm 26. The pallet P is conveyed on guide rails 15 from the station Sn+1 to another Sn+2 by the swing of the arm 26.
