Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a control unit for the elctromagnetic vibrator to realize the adjustment of the driving oscillation frequency by controlling both the conduction time of the electromagnet coil and the frequency separately with use of the DC power source and the switching element.
CONSTITUTION: Electromagnet coil 1 is energized by DC power source 2 via gate turn-off thyristor 3. With two adjustment resistors 4a and 4b of gate phase-shift control circuit 4, the control is given to the time interval between the ON and OFF signals of the gate signals of thyristor 3 as well as to the time from the ON signal to the one of the next cycle. Thus, an adjustment is given to both the conduction time and the conduction cycle of the thyristor.
