Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent from forming residual gaps in between coil layers and between a coil and an insulation layer by providing a larger diameter of a coiling wire near the coil end section of the primary coil than any other section.
CONSTITUTION: A diameter of a coiling wire in layers at the both ends of the primary coil 2 is set to be equal to a diameter of a coiling wire of the secondary coil 3. As a result, gaps between the coiling wire that has the larger diameter in the primary coil 2, and an in between layer insulator 5 become wider; thus residual gaps are prevented form forming when a sinthetic resin is impregnated. The same thing happens at the boundary of the coiling wire of the primary coil 2 and the main insulation layer 4.
