Abstract

Simultaneously a segment mold 13 of the No.1 member 1 is pushed up by a taper surface 322 of an end of the cylinder 32, and as a result projections f made on outer surfaces of molds 13 and 22 of the members 1 and 2 respectively cut into the inner surface of the pipe end part P, and thus, ring grooves are made. Next, is closed a frame mold 9 whose inner surface 91 is tapered so that the tapered surface of an expansion-molded part becomes gradually larger in an inner diameter from an inlet part of the enlarged part to a deep part of it, and compressed air is then fed to the moving sleeve 42 from an air feeding hose 5. A reverse-tapered barrel is thus blower-molded.
