Abstract
PURPOSE: To mechanically insulate the connected parts of lead wires, by sandwiching the connected parts between two insulating films, bonding the films to each other and fixing them on an end coil.
CONSTITUTION: The connected parts of the lead wires 6, which are coupled with magnet wires 4 by deformed terminals 5, are juxtaposed on a half part of the insulating film such as polyester film. The other half part of the film is folded on the former half part so that the connected parts are wrapped with the film. Both the parts of the insulating film are bonded to each other by ultrasonic pressure welding, special bonding agent or the like. The connected parts coated with the film are then fixed on the end coil 2. The connected parts may be sandwiched between two insulating films. The connected parts can thus be mechanically insulated.
