During operation, when the high voltage electromagnetic contactor 23 is troubled by certain cause, the auxiliary contactor 10 is not excited since the a- contact 25 of the contactor 23 is opened, the main contact of the high voltage electromagnetic ontactor 14 is opened, resulting in the prevention of burning of the starting reactor 5. In this way, the starting reactor can be avoided burning by adding a delay relay to the traditional circuit.
