Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain jet molded goods without generating flash in the bended edge part by using a means for pressing the slide core for forming the inside bended edge part to the vertical and moving directions.
CONSTITUTION: The resin goods having the inside bended edge part at the top of goods is molded by injecting the synthetic resin into the cavity 9 which is made with a pair of molds 1, 2 and the slide core 4, and when the goods is lifted with moving the slide core 4 at the opening, a means for pressing the core 4 to the vertical and moving directions is used. As the means, there are methods setting the pressing device on the mold 2 or in the side of slide core 24.
