Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to accomplish the accurate judgement without any influence from dark noises by using a plurality of signals including signals caused by the environmental conditions as an object to be judged and by processing the signals and effecting the comparison and inspection with the use of an envelope line detecting circuit and an arithmetic circuit.
CONSTITUTION: When a test motor 1 is stopped, a measuring microphone 2 and a microphone 12 for dark noises detect the dark noises togehter so that the outputs of noise meters 3 and 13 and the outputs of filters 4A and 14A become substantially equal to each other. Both of those output signals are detected by envelope detecting circuits 6A to 6C to 16A to 16C, respectively, so that the outputs of arithmetic circuits 7A and 7C become zero when the motor 1 is stopped. In case the motor 1 is driven to generate motor noises, these noises are detected by the microphone 2. As a result, the amplitude and waveform of each frequency component are compared through the arithmetic circuits 7A to 7C, which are made receptive of the envelope detected outputs of both signals, so that the motor noises are judged.
