Abstract

PURPOSE: To carry out effective lubrication, installing a refrigerant passage to connect directly a swash plate chamber and a low pressure chamber inside of the equipment separatly from the main refrigerant passage, permitting to generate oil returning from the low pressure chamber to the swash plate chamber or refrigerant flow from swash plate to low pressure chamber.
CONSTITUTION: A small 22 is provided in the separator 11 faced to the suction port 10 to connect the low pressure passage 12 and the swash plate chamber 3, refrigerant (oil is included) returned to the compressor is supplied directly to the swash plate chamber 3, and oil frow from a chamber 24 to a thrust bearing can be promoted by providing small holes 18, 19 simultaneously cold refrigerant is supplied to the swash plate chamber 3 from the low pressure passage 12, therefore its lubrication will be more sure. Thus, since the pressure in the swash plate chamber 3 can be lowered nearly to the pressure in the refrigerant suction port 10 or the low pressure passage 12 or under their pressures, refrigerant flow is generated during the time to perform the effective lubrication in the equipment.
