Abstract

PURPOSE: After a water-soluble salt as sodium alginate is added to minced fresh fish for feed, fucoidine, a salt of polyacrylic acid are dissolved, further, divalent or more valent metal salt or sea water is added, thus preventing the pollution of sea caused by raising fishery and increasing the utitlization rate of protein.
