Abstract
PURPOSE:To compensate the fluctuation of the oscillation cycle caused by the temperature change by the constant voltage circuit featuring the negative temperature coefficient. CONSTITUTION:The oscillation circuit is constituted with two units of inverters 10 and 20 consisting of P- and N-type MOSFET's, variable resistance R and capacitor C. This oscillation circuit is known already, and its temperature characteristics of the oscillation cycle depend on the temperature characteristics of forward rise voltege VBE of diode 33 and 34 in case the voltage between power terminal 41 and 42 is constant. In this connection, constant voltage circuit 40 featuring the negative temperature coefficient is provided between the power terminals to compensate the temperature characteristics due to VBE. Circuit 40 is composed by connecting several units of diodes in series or connecting several units of diodes and Zener diodes in series.
