Abstract
PURPOSE:To make unnecessary the light collector by means of expensive lenses and to make stable the result of detection in comparison with the detection by means of one detection element, by detecting the scattered light of laser via the inspected object cuvette through the use of specific plurality of detection elements. CONSTITUTION:The holder plate 5 of the detector 2 is placed at the plane orthogonal to the light axis of the laser light 1 and the plate 5 is provided with the detection elements 21 of required number such as photo transistors with a given distance radially by taking the light axis as the center, and the light axis line is provided with the choke tube 6 to induce the light 1. When the reagent is poured in the cuvette having serum and a given time is elapsed, turbidity is caused in the serum reacted with the reagent. When the light 1 is incident to the cuvette 1, the light 1 is scattered by the molecules of turbidity and the scattered light is detected with the element 21.
